TO PUNK FLYERS
Ah!
1978... the Summer of Hate, and the sweet smell of insurrection
was in the air! The BAGS
were playing all over LA, and this classic punk flyer announced
the battle plan. I picked this flyer up from off the floor
of some punk club... so it comes complete with the bootprint
of some punkers stylish footware!
I
have no idea who designed this flyer, but the sinister stick
figure commandos with the blank eyes seemed to be harbingers
of things to come. A year after this flyer was distributed,
revolution would sweep Iran and Nicaragua... with the Raygun
Presidency not far behind.
