When I saw this bare chested demonstrator walking down the street, I stopped him and asked if I could take his picture. He said; "Sure! And then put it up on the internet for the whole world to see!" He then stepped next to a line of riot police and I snapped the photo. The previous night he had been shot with a rubber bullet by an LAPD officer. Photograph by Mark Vallen © |
